1. No Refunds
All ticket sales are final. Once your purchase is complete, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal plans, cancellations, or any other circumstances that may prevent your attendance.
2. No Cancellations
Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be canceled or revoked. We do not accept cancellation requests under any circumstances.
3. No Ticket Transfers
Tickets purchased are non-transferable. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your ticket to another individual. Tickets are issued to the purchaser’s name and are valid solely for the original ticket holder.
4. Event Changes or Cancellations by Rise Up From Trauma
In the unlikely event that Rise Up From Trauma cancels or reschedules the event, we will notify you and provide details regarding any alternative arrangements. If the event is canceled, we will offer a refund or alternative compensation at our discretion. Please note that we are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other personal expenses incurred in connection with the event.
